Event Liability Waiver and Media Release

Liability Waiver:

By purchasing a ticket and attending this Charlotte Seen event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

    1. Assumption of Risk:

      • You understand that participating in the event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and unforeseen circumstances.
      • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event.

    2. Release and Waiver:

      • In consideration of being allowed to participate in the event, you release and discharge the event organizers, producers, sponsors, and their respective agents, employees, and volunteers from any liability arising out of your attendance.
      • You waive any claims, demands, or causes of action against the event organizers for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss.

    3. Indemnification:

      • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your actions during the event.

    4. Photographs and Videos:

      • You grant the event organizers and their affiliates the right to use any photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes.
      • You waive any rights to compensation or approval for the use of your likeness in such materials.

    • Charlotte Seen, the photographer /videographer and the model may use these images for any promotions.
      I further release the photographers, Charlotte Seen and all other persons entitled under this agreement to use the photographs from all liability, libel, invasion of privacy and all causes of action whatsoever in relation to the photographs making and use, towards myself or my property, including without limitation any liability for alteration of the photographs, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur during the making or subsequent use of the photographs. I acknowledge I have read and fully understand the entire Agreement and the Agreement disclosures.

    Service Provider: Charlotte Seen

    Purchasing of ticket(s) I do hereby forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue and its past, current, and future officers, directors, employees, members, volunteers, contractors, representatives, parents, owners,affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Service Provider(s)”) from any and all damages, injuries, losses, liability, claims,causes of action, litigation, or demands, including but not limited to those for personal injury, sickness, or death, as well as property damages and expenses, of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred, directly or indirectly, now or in the future, in any way related to COVID-19 and in connection with my participation in the Services or any travel related thereto. I promise not to sue Service Provider(s) for any of the foregoing.

    Tickets are non-refundable, however the ticket can be transferred to another Charlotte Seen's Runway Show.
